Hey. I’m just a regular person like you. The world is a fascinating place, and it seems that so many things now are pivotal in determining our future together.
I have been blessed with the “gift of gab” and an appreciation of the power of the written word. To spice things up, a sense of humor has afflicted me since early childhood. As a kid, adults asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. Their assumption was that I’d say “a comedian”.
So, I see the world through the lens of a student and a joker. It’s not hard not to see the humor in what is going on. But the challenges we face are deadly and serious.
NoBull Cause is my attempt to make some sense out of world events that, for so many everyday people like you and me, make no sense at all.
To be true to myself, I have chosen to throw in nuggets of wit and wisdom from some of the great common sense thinkers of history. Yes, I even include Larry, Moe and Curly in that group. That’s just me. You’ll have to accept that.
While I still see myself as being around 29 years old, the reality is that I have been around much longer. I’ve learned that I don’t know it all, but that won’t shut me up.
My goal for this blog site is to make a case for a common sense approach to the problems we face as citizens of this unique planet. To make you smile and enjoy the ride is goal number two. That’s about it.
I so much want you to enjoy and appreciate this NoBull Cause of mine. Whether you agree with me or not, I hope your thoughts will be provoked (and not you personally) and you will somehow be better for it.
